1. DELIVERY METHOD AND DELIVERY COSTS FOR RETAIL PURCHASERS

Information on the standard delivery terms

Delivery methods for different countries may differ. However, the standard delivery is carried out by express delivery service.

According to the standard delivery terms and conditions, your order will be delivered within 14 working days*.

*Not included: during holidays in the countries of dispatch and delivery and days off.

We are not liable for delays in the parcel delivery. However, you may request clarification from the carrier by contacting the carrier and providing the shipment notification, which we send to you online followed by the carrier’s shipping data on the day of shipment. Terms and conditions of the carrier can be found on the carrier’s official website.


Tracking execution of the order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email that will allow you to visit the website of the company carrying out the delivery and to monitor the execution of the order. In order to use this service, please make sure that your email address is correct.

In addition, the order statuses will be automatically reflected in your Personal Account.

If necessary, our manager will contact you to clarify the details of your order.

Delivery of orders is carried out at the address indicated in the Account. The sender is not liable for mistake in the delivery address and return of goods, or action of the customs authorities of the purchaser’s country, due to which reshipment of goods is carried out at the purchaser’s expense.

Currently we do not deliver orders to addresses of post office boxes. All orders are delivered to residence addresses.


Information on the standard delivery expenses

Standard delivery of orders is carried out at the seller’s expense, i.e. free of charge for you! We reserve the right to change the offer of free shipping at any time.


Will all my goods be delivered together?

In most cases, all the goods in the same order are delivered simultaneously, but they can be in separate parcels. Exceptions include requirements of the sanitary services of the purchaser’s country and goods that are not available.

If some goods in the same order are not available, such goods will be shipped within the specified terms, and no additional payment for their delivery will be required.

Terms of delivery are set individually with each wholesale purchaser according to the terms of Incoterms-2010.

 

 

3. REFUND POLICY FOR RETAIL PURCHASERS

Return of goods due to the seller’s fault

We accept complaints of defects of products arising as a result of production and damage incurred during transportation, if this defect is found at the acceptance of goods from a courier in appropriate manner. We do not accept claims for already used products or products damaged due to misuse.

Reasons for complaint may include:

  • Product malfunctions, such as no spray, sealed packaging, damaged packaging, etc.
  • Assortment mistake.

Absence of fiscal check / invoice of the product in the package, if such product was ordered due to the absence of promotions, is not a reason for filing a complaint.

 

Complaints about faulty product

You can return faulty or damaged products within 7 days after receiving the parcel. Shipping details are confirmed by mark in the postal receipt. In case of exchange of product for a new one, after sending complaint by email to service@schalipharma.com, please confirm the delivery of goods. Complaint with a copy of the receipt/invoice is sent together with the defective/damaged goods by mail to the address indicated by the seller.

Postal charges are paid by the sender, but can be reimbursed by our company to the bonus account.

The complaint will be processed upon the return of the goods to the warehouse. Complaints are processed within 3 working days from the moment they are received at the address specified by the seller.In case of exchange, goods with quality defects or transportation damages are exchanged for goods with full cost.Otherwise, after delivery of the returned goods to the warehouse, its cost will be automatically credited to the user’s personal account within a period of no more than 3 days from the date of receipt of the defective goods at the seller’s warehouse, and are repaid from the user’s personal account upon shipment of the refundable goods.

 

Complaints about return of the goods due to assortment mistake

You can return the goods within 7 days after receiving the parcel. In case of exchange of product for the initial order, after sending the complaint by email to service@schalipharma.com, please confirm the delivery of goods.

Postal charges are paid by the sender, but can be reimbursed by our company to the bonus account.

The complaint will be processed upon the return of the goods to the warehouse. Complaints are processed within 3 working days from the moment they are received at the above address.

 

Return of goods at the purchaser’s request

You can return any unused goods within 14 days after receiving the parcel.

Postal charges are paid by the sender and are not reimbursed by our company (this provision does not violate any statutory rights).

Returned goods must be sent to the address specified by the seller.

The goods must be returned within 14 days (the date of shipment is the date indicated in the bill of lading) in new and unused condition; otherwise, we may accept the goods without refunding their cost.

After delivery of the returned goods to the warehouse, its cost will be automatically transferred to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. This procedure may take up to 28 days.
